Charleston is a really unique location for street photography! The city has a gritty old-school East Coast city vibe and reminded me of what I could only describe as a miniature, coastal Philadelphia at times.

The good news is that I can definitely recommend traveling to Asheville, or really anywhere in the Carolinas during the fall season! Autumn in the Carolinas is gorgeous. The dense and seemingly never-ending deciduous forests…

What I can say now, looking back, is that I found something to love in every single place I visited from Columbus to Philadelphia…

In early summer 2021, my partner and I flew from Denver to Los Angeles, and drove a rental car all the way up the coast to Seattle.

Downtown Seattle street photography is a one-of-a-kind experience. This moody, rainy city seems to have a built-in layer of mystery, and it’s full of incredible architecture making it the perfect backdrop for any street photographer.
